The Shadowbrook, Shrewsbury, NJ
Arriving at your Quinceañera and making a grand entrance is one detail that
can really make a splash at your party.
Have you ever considered a carriage? Hiring a horse drawn carriage is a wonderful way for
La Quinceanera to arrive at her event.
Most of their Quinceaneras use a Cinderella Pumpkin Carriage, but traditional white carriages
are available too.
Owner Tania Lawson mentions that when considering a carriage company families should read
their reviews and endorsements and browse their website for pictures of recent events.
This will help you decide if the carriage is right for you and insure you are working with
a reputable vendor.
The carriage company you choose should be willing to help you plan how to use their services
to make your event special.
You can also approach the planner at your venue and ask if they have a company they recommend.
You’ll also want to ask if they allow the horse and carriage on their premises.
Some Quinces use the carriages for all travel on that day, but it could also be a shorter trip.
You could start at the birthday girl’s home, go to the church and then proceed to the party venue.
Or you could just do a grand entrance and pictures at the venue.
Most companies limit the distance traveled in the carriage to 3 miles unless it is a round trip.
Are you thinking of using a horse drawn carriage at your event? We’d love to hear about it!
